End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between you (the "Licensee") and Midi Tools (the "Licensor") for the use of MIDI files purchased through our website.


1. License Grant
  • The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased MIDI files for personal, non-commercial purposes.
  • You may store, load, and play the MIDI files on devices you own or control.

2. Commercial Use
  • To use the MIDI files for any commercial purposes, you must obtain prior written consent from MidiTools.ai. Contact info@miditools.ai for licensing inquiries.

3. Restrictions
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the MIDI files, whether for free or for a fee.
  • You may not modify the MIDI files for the purpose of resale or distribution.

4. Ownership
  • The Licensor retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the MIDI files. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights.

5. Refund Policy
  • Refunds are only available if the MIDI file has not been downloaded. Once a download has occurred, no refunds will be provided.
  • If you believe a refund is warranted under these conditions, contact info@miditools.ai with your order number.

6. Delivery of MIDI Files
  • Upon payment, a download link will be provided via email. You may also access the MIDI files through your account on our website.

7. Support and Limitations
  • The Licensor does not provide support for third-party software compatibility with the MIDI files.
  • The Licensor is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of MIDI visualization programs or other third-party software.

8. Limitation of Liability
  • The Licensor’s liability is limited to the value of the MIDI file purchased.
  • Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law
  • This EULA is governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Termination
  • This EULA is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with its terms.
  • Upon termination, you must cease all use of the MIDI files and destroy any copies in your possession.
